5.0 DFM (Design For Manufacturability) Guidelines

Although following minimum design rules and LVS are reasonable for product functionality demonstration, however for better manufacturability and better yield performance it is always better to follow certain good practices of layout. Those practices most of the time may not necessarily result into bigger die size. This document brings out some guidelines for better layout practices for better manufacturability.
